The MMS model takes the form of a two-dimensional table:

1. levels of organization on the horizontal (abscissa)

2. levels of mobilization on the vertical (ordinate)

With one exception: at the top of each level of organization, we find a particular element: the mode of influence of the level above. We'll come back to this later.

As we saw earlier, there are three organization levels, from left to right:

1. the individual

2. the team (small group)

3. the group (organization)

And the three levels of mobilization are, from bottom to top :

1. satisfaction

2. involvement

3. commitment
