Based on Chris Argyris's work, the learning company's principle is being developed. This concept, which also applies to teams, is based on learning from past experience. For David A. Garvin, a learning organization is "an organization capable of creating, acquiring and transferring knowledge, and of modifying its behavior to reflect new knowledge"[1].

For this type of organization, it is essential to multiply experiments and share results. The relationship with the company's user-customers is very important here to increase the relevance of studies.
