Motivation theories are not enough to define methods for developing motivation.
Because understanding the mechanics is not enough to influence them.
And it's precisely within the framework of social influences that I intend to find answers.

To do this, you need to look at group dynamics, interactions and the reciprocal influences one has on the other.
But I'm not interested in crowd dynamics, at least not in the context of building the Systemic Motivation model. So I'm going to concentrate on small groups and their mechanisms of influence, whether voluntary or unconscious.
